Nevertheless, we do recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is warranted. In such rare instances, we may consider refund requests within a 24-hour window from the time of purchase. However, it is essential to understand that this process involves additional checkpoints and verifications performed on the VPS before we can commit to a refund.
It is crucial to emphasize that after the initial 24-hour period has elapsed, we will not entertain any refund requests.
