Please follow these steps to cancel your service with us:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the Services item on the menu.
- Click the View Details button for the service that you want to cancel.
- You'll see the Submit Cancellation item in the menu. Click that
- Then select the reason and cancellation type. After that, click on request cancellation.
